What itinerary.paris is
An independent guide to spending three days in Paris well. We plan routes, test the order of the days against the closing days of every museum on them, and say plainly which tickets need booking and how far ahead. We are not a tour operator, we are not connected to any museum or monument, and we do not sell tickets ourselves.
itinerary.paris is published by Travel Ticket Box, a small media company running a network of independent attraction and city guides.
The routes started as a collection of itineraries that real travelers shared on forums and in trip reports. We kept the ideas that worked, grouped the stops by neighborhood, rewrote every day from scratch and checked each fact against the venue's own website.
How we check the facts
- Primary sources first. Opening hours, closing days, prices and booking rules come from the official site of each museum, monument or transport operator.
- Closing days are computed, not remembered. Every route page has a table built from the closing days of its own stops.
- Prices are adult prices for visitors from outside the European Economic Area, except where a page says otherwise; the booking page shows the price for your date.
- Perishable facts are rechecked before every update: works, closures, seasonal hours and January price changes.
How itinerary.paris makes money
